Youth In Need's Early Learning program provides free services to qualifying families, including home-based education for expectant parents and children from birth to age 3, as well as center-based education for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.Using a voter-approved 1/8 cent sales tax, the Community and Children’s Resource Board (CCRB) funds local nonprofits to provide essential mental health and substance use treatment services for children 19 years of age or younger in St. Charles County.
