The Library invites readers of all ages to participate in the sixth annual ONE READ shared community reading experience September 2 - October 31. This event was made possible by the Friends of the Library.
Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is a 1953 dystopian novel that presents a future American society in which books have been outlawed and "firemen" burn any that are found.
Join the reading challenge online for a chance to win a prize bundle! Four winners will each receive a Fire Blanket, a One Read event shirt, and a $25 Main Street Books gift card. Winners will be notified by November 7, 2025.
