St. Charles County residents with medium to low income, filing a simple tax return, are eligible for our free tax services at the Library.

RECA is a federal program created to offer financial compensation to individuals who have suffered from specific illnesses due to radiation exposure. The Library is here to provide support to those filing a claim.
