St. Charles County residents with medium to low income, filing a simple tax return, are eligible for our free tax services at the Library.
Book Buddies
Does your child need practice reading aloud? Try Book Buddies! Students in Grades K-5 who can read independently will be paired with a teen volunteer and spend 25 minutes reading aloud to them.

Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA)
RECA is a federal program created to offer financial compensation to individuals who have suffered from specific illnesses due to radiation exposure. The Library is here to provide support to those filing a claim.
